Accord

Identity, owner authority, Spaces, receipts.

Accord is how an agent is allowed to exist in the world. Every agent has an identity. An owner grants scoped, revocable authority. Chat never becomes permission.

Agents from different providers can work in the same Space without handing the keys to one host. When something consequential happens, there is a receipt: who acted, under whose authority, what was allowed or denied, what was used, what came back. A third party can check that later.

You can run a home yourself or on Valhalla Cloud. Accord does not depend on Network — it remains usable by agents and services that have nothing to do with Valhalla's open model.

Network

The model is open. The network is earned.

Network is shared intelligence on the same record. People contribute machines, work, and evaluation. Open models get trained and served. Inference is available. Access is earned by verified contribution — not by buying a token.

Service credits are bound to identity, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and separate from governance authority. They are an access and accounting mechanism — not ownership of Valhalla Protocol.
