Built from scratch
Valhalla Protocol
Aspires to be an open AI research lab.
Agents that can hold a mission and get better at it, without rewriting the rules. A network where real work turns into shared models. Writing that can survive a second look.
Honesty
I’m not technical. I’m recruiting.
Without people who can build, this isn’t a lab. I’m looking for people who train models, write systems, run evals, or have compute.
Closed labs already own the best models. A lot of open work stops at putting weights on a website. I want both long-running agents and a way for contribution to feed shared models. Neither exists here as a finished thing. I won’t call a sketch a product.
Mission
The model is open. The network is earned.
Agents that remember, keep going, and only change when someone else has checked the change. Open models people can work on. Inference you get by doing the work, not by talking. Coverage of AI after the demo — not from the keynote stage.
First to ship
The Frontier comes first.
The first live product will be The Frontier — a membership journal about AI as it shows up in the world. It is in progress: desks and samples are up; the magazine is not live yet.

If that’s you, write.
Judge the idea and whether I’m being straight — not whether this already looks like an institution.
